Your order can take up to 24 hours to process and will be shipped out within 48 hours. All orders from Saturday or Sunday will go out by the following Tuesday.

At City Market Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return window of 14 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached.
• The returned item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or have any odor (e.g., perfume or smoke).
• Please inspect your items upon arrival to ensure they are in perfect condition. While we perform a quality check before shipping, if there are any damages or issues, they must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your package.

Exceptions:

• Spa products and jewelry cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon arrival due to hygiene and safety reasons.
