Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Once your return request has been approved and a return label has been issued, you will have 7 days to ship the item back to us. Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Start a Return
To begin your return request, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your customer account on our website.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you would like to return.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Complete the return request form, including the reason for the return and the condition of the item(s).
- Submit your return request for review.
Once your return request is submitted, we will review it and, if approved, provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Jewelry
- Personal care and beauty products

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or item, the quickest option is to return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Store Credit Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, you may:
- Exchange your item for another product, or
- Receive store credit to your account for the value of the returned item, less the return shipping label cost.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
